Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and versatile Tech Associate to join their client's dynamic team in Colorado. Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities:

• Testing broken wireless barcode scanners and wireless printers to confirm that the reported failure issue is correct.
• Loading/imaging various software on the returned and repaired devices.
• Inventory item or prepare for shipment back to the customer.
• Working in the warehouse environment, assisting with receiving and shipping operations.
• Ability to complete pre-defined testing and repair procedures (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Must enjoy working with computers all day.
• Attention to detail is critical.

Fulfillment Responsibilities:

• Loading/imaging various software on new devices; specifically Zebra TC-52 handhelds.
• Must be detailed-oriented, able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient, accurate manner within deadlines.
• Must be able to follow instructions (SOP's).
• Quality Assurance is a key component of this position.

Qualifications

• Communicates professionally through email, instant messages, phone, and in person.
• Proficient with Windows 10 Operating System / Basic PC Knowledge.
• Experience with Google Suite Environment (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) a plus.
• QA and various quality control knowledge.
• Previous warehousing experience is a value add.
• Self-starter, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Must be a flexible, pleasant, and open-minded team player.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Additional Details

Minimum Pay: $21 per hour
